The Apex HC204001BNHDWB-V1 module is an LCM (Liquid Crystal Module) with 4 lines, each consisting of 20 characters in turn composed of a dot-matrix with a size of 5 x 7 points.

The module is equipped with a LSI parallel communication controller, a white perimeter LED backlight (edge-LED), and a ROM-based character generator to simplify the display of characters in combination with an external microprocessor.
