Weller WSF81D8 Soldering Station with Automatic Tin Advance T0052822699N

the WSF81D8 is a soldering station with an automatic tin feeding system. It mounts an 80W stylus that uses the LT Series tips. In the WSF81D family there are two versions of the station depending on the diameter of the welding wire.

The WSF81D8 is qualified for welding diameter from 0.8mm-1.5mm, while the WSF81D5 is suitable for diameter from 0.5mm-0.8mm.The operator can choose between 2 modes of feeding the pond:

• Continuous Power (SFC): The pond will advance as long as the operator holds the trigger button on the stylus. In this function the operator can choose the speed with which the alloy will advance.
• Automatic Feeding (SFA): The operator can choose the amount of tin for each activation with the button on the stylus. This way the amount of alloy will be constant in each solder joint

The control unit is equipped with digital electronics for adjusting the temperature of the soldering iron and for adjusting the soldering alloy feeding operations. In the power supply unit, the soldering alloy coil holder is able to accommodate coils up to max. 1 kg.
