Weller Portasol WC1 is a small-sized gas welder useful for carrying out welding jobs where there is no possibility to connect to the power supply.

The tank must be loaded through a special one-way valve placed on the bottom using good quality butane gas (RB-TS Weller recommended); once charged it offers a maximum autonomy of about 30 minutes of continuous work.

Ignition takes place through the opening of the gas control and the ignition of the combustion at the tip through the flint igniter present at the end of the cap. Safety is guaranteed by the automatic closing of the gas control as soon as the protection cap is repositioned.
