Promotional kit consisting of the Fluke 1664FC multifunction electrical tester and the Amprobe EV-520-D kit for testing AC charging stations for electric vehicles. It allows access to the socket-outlets of a charging station to perform safety and functional tests, simulating the presence of an electric vehicle.

The Fluke 1664FC Multitester Kit + EV Test EV-520-D is the ideal solution for the complete verification of the correct functioning of alternating current charging stations for electric vehicles. The combined use of the EV-502-D adapter and the Fluke 1604 Tester allows you to test the functionality and safety of charging stations with mode 3 for AC charging.

Main functions and characteristics of the Amprobe EV-502-D

• PE pre-test: Thanks to this safety function, it is possible to test the PE conductor to verify the possible presence of a dangerous voltage towards ground.
• PP (Proximity Pilot) status "Cable simulation": Thanks to the PP status selector, various current capacities of charging cables can be simulated.
• CP status (Control Pilot) "Vehicle simulation": Thanks to the CP status selector, various states of charge can be simulated.
• Error simulation CP "E"
• PE error simulation (ground fault)
• Suitable for vehicle charging stations with charge mode 3
• EV connectors for type 2 and type 1
• L1, L2, L3, N and PE measuring terminals to connect test device, such as an installation tester, to perform safety and function tests.
• CP signal output terminals to control communication between adapter (=simulated electric vehicle) and charging station.
• Separate phase indication via three LED lights for easy checking of voltage presence.
• Socket that allows you to connect an external load to check if the electricity meter is working properly.
