FAQ

Probe or infrared thermometer?
It depends on the task: infrared is quick and non-contact (surface), while a probe measures the internal point and is preferred when confirming core temperature.

When do I need a data logger?
When historical data is useful (cold rooms, transport, environments) with thresholds and reports for continuous control or audits.

Do instruments need calibration?
Planning periodic checks is recommended. Depending on company or supply-chain requirements, calibration documentation may be needed to ensure measurement reliability and repeatability.
