The NEUTRIK plugs of the SILENT series have the extraordinary peculiarity of automatically muting as soon as they are disconnected from the instrument (guitar, bass, etc). This ingenious patented and exclusive NEUTRIK system allows you to safely disconnect the instrument avoiding annoying and harmful squeals, distortions etc. The switch integrated in the connector is based on REED technology and guarantees a life of more than 10,000 mating cycles.
The connector features a sturdy metal shell on which a rubber layer is applied for impact protection.
