The function automatically sets the thermal image scaling to the optimal values, excluding interpretation errors that may occur due to an incorrect setting of the scaling factor. Unwanted extreme temperatures are automatically discarded from the image. Building pathologies are represented as such only if they are actually present. The infrared images thus become comparable despite the different environmental conditions. A very important feature eg. for before / after shooting.
