The DPT220HD is a 4th generation PVR Full HD Digital Terrestrial Decoder compatible with DVB-T2 H265/HEVC Main 10bit standard transmissions. The new TV revolution arriving from 1 January 2020 will force all Italian broadcasters to drastically change the frequencies in use and will impose the adoption of the new transmission standard, called DVB-T2, or the second half of digital terrestrial. The transition to the new standard will be gradual, region by region and broadcaster by broadcaster, it will also bring changes for viewers, and will end on 30 June 2022.
