The DPT202SD is a Full HD Digital Terrestrial Decoder compatible with standard DVB-T2 HEVC H265 MAIN 10 bit broadcasts. The new TV revolution arriving from 1 January 2021 will force all Italian broadcasters to make a drastic change in the frequencies in use and will require the adoption of the new broadcasting standard, called DVB-T2, or the second half of digital terrestrial. The transition to the new standard will be gradual, region by region and broadcaster by broadcaster, will also bring changes for viewers and will end on 30 June 2022.
