It supports Full HD resolutions up to 1920x1080 @ 60Hz, for high quality video signals. This cable can be used to add another display as a desktop extension or to split a screen - ideal in home or office applications.
Supports 7.1 Audio and including uncompressed audio signals such as DTS-HD Master Audio, Dolby TrueHD. Audio will be output only if supported by the DisplayPort source graphics card.
